Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth operation within the office. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties

Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule appointments and manage the dental clinic's calendar effectively.
Handle medical collections and process payments accurately.
Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations.
Answer phone calls promptly, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic.
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory for the dental office.
Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a dental office or medical clinic is preferred.
Familiarity with medical scheduling software and office management systems.
Knowledge of Medicare processes is a plus.
Strong patient service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing individual responsibilities.
Proficient in administrative tasks with strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail in handling patient information and documentation.
