Job Description
Strong Area Dental Center is seeking a Dental Patient Service Representative to join our active and friendly dental practice. The Dental Patient Service Representative provides support with the daily activities of the center including telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, registration, check-out, assessing patient financial responsibility, scrubbing charges, and panel attribution. The person in this position will provide backup coverage to other Dental Patient Service Representatives at all sites and is the liaison with the Billing Department.
