What You’ll Do:
Be the friendly face that greets every patient with a warm welcome
Manage appointments and keep our schedule running smoothly (no double bookings, we promise!)
Answer phone calls with a cheerful attitude and assist patients with their questions
Verify insurance and process payments with ease (we’ll train you if needed!)
Keep things organized while having fun with an amazing team
Jump in to help with small office tasks and make every day a great one!
What We’re Looking For:
A people person who loves making others feel comfortable and cared for
Someone with great organizational skills and attention to detail (bonus points if you love a good to-do list!)
Previous dental or medical office experience is awesome but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
Familiarity with dental scheduling software (like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental) is a plus but not a deal-breaker
A positive, can-do attitude and a great sense of humor—because we love to laugh!
