Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. Duties
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.
Perform X-Ray imaging as needed for diagnostic purposes.
Maintain strict infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
Document medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant patient information accurately.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Support all patients with a friendly approach to ensure their comfort during visits.
Collaborate with the dental receptionist to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication.
Qualifications
At least one year experience working in a dental office.
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control practices is essential.
Familiarity with dexis imaging techniques and equipment is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients of all ages.
Certification in dental assisting or relevant qualifications is a plus.
