OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. DutiesAs an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for a variety of essential functions, including:
Performing comprehensive dental examinations and assessments of patients.
Providing general dentistry services, including fillings, extractions, and preventive care.
Utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Educating patients on oral health practices and treatment options tailored to their needs.
Maintaining accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with regulations.
Implementing infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment.
Collaborating with dental hygienists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
Staying current with dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and advancements in the field.
ExperienceThe ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in general dentistry with experience in prosthodontics being a plus.
Strong skills in patient assessment and the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
Knowledge of infection control standards and medical documentation practices.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on patient care and comfort.
