Job Description
One of the premier practices in Lancaster is seeking an experienced hygienist.
Our need is for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
You can work all 3 days, or just one of those days.
We don't push production. We are not salespeople. We take the best possible care of our patients and they continue to come back to us and tell all their friends.

Practice has state of the art equipment and none more than a few years old.
All digital practice.
Pay is $54/hour Plus:
Plus $50 per whitening treatment bonus.
Plus full benefits.
Plus 401k with employer match.
CBCT, Pano, IntraOral - all relatively new and top of the line.
Anything our hygienists need, we get for them. If a new/better piece of equipment, or treatment appliance, can benefit our patients, we buy it.
Our hygienists typically spend an hour with each patient and see 7 to 8 per day.
We do Perio once per year, and x-ray once per year. So if they come only twice per year both those things are accomplished. We do oral cancer and TMJ screening on every visit.
We are seeking someone with at least 6 months' experience in a non-training environment.
Must be a great communicator and patient educator.
