OverviewThe Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience within our dental office. This position involves managing patient interactions, coordinating treatment plans, and providing administrative support to the clinical and administrative team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize dental clinic operations.
Provide administrative support, including managing email, phone calls, and texts.
Maintain accurate patient records through clerical tasks.
Assist in the preparation of treatment plans and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Collaborate with dental providers to coordinate care and follow-up appointments.
Managing of the dental practice's social media presence (Instagram, Google, and Yelp.)
Skills
Proficient in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Competence in using computerized systems for record keeping and scheduling.
Experience in the dental field is preferred but not necessary if willing to learn.
Experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is beneficial.
