Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth operation of our dental office. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care. Previous dental experience is not required.
Duties
Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for dental services.
Maintain accurate patient records, including patient forms and health information management.
Process patient payments.
Utilize Curve software for managing patient data and appointments.
Ensure adherence to phone etiquette when communicating with patients over the phone.
Manage and upkeep dental lobby.
Skills
Previous experience in a dental office is not required.
Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental practices. (Preferred but not required)
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
