Front Office & Back Office Basic Duties-Entry Level Floater Position

We are looking to hire a kind an enthusiastic individual who is willing to help around the office where needed. This is an entry-level floater position, so duties vary from basic front office tasks like checking in/out patients and health history updates, as well as, back office tasks like sterilization and changing over rooms. On the job training will be provided. Pay varies depending on experience and skillset.

We are a fee for service general and cosmetic dental practice. We are well-established and have the kindest patients we could ask for; many of whom we've been seeing for several years. We are looking to add a team member who can warmly interact with patients and make all feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet and interact with patients

• Take payments
• Health history updates
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Help with keeping the dental rooms clean and well-stocked
• Help sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Support team members where needed
