Thomaston Dental Associates has a large patient base with significant new patients added each month. This practice has been established for over 20 years, and is one of only two practices in town. The practice has a total of five operatories with two hygienists on each day. The practice has long-term staff and is updated using the latest digital clinical and practice management technology including a Prime Scan, paperless charts, digital x-rays…and more! The practice accepts most PPO insurance plans.
This is a great opportunity to work with a very experienced dentist that is looking to mentor the future clinical leader of the practice. This opportunity comes with the ability to own part of the practice over time without having to make any initial financial investment! The current dentist would like to transition the practice fully to a new provider in the next five years.
Compensation/Benefits/Partnership
Collections-based salary with guaranteed $150,000+ minimum annual compensation for one year after joining the practice. After just two years, there is the potential for . We’re looking for an ethical, hard-working, independent dentist to take over as the lead clinical provider in the practice.
