About us:
Located in Bryant, AR, Dr.Ouellette has had his dental practice in the center of town for the past 25 years. We are a large practice and adding an assiocate dentist in August and need additional staff for our new doctor. We have a laid back casual atomosphere in our beautiful historic building.
**Job Title:**Registered Dental Assistant
**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing high-quality oral healthcare services to our patients. If you are passionate about dentistry and patient care, we welcome you to apply.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical documentation
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed
- Provide support in dental reception duties as needed
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and other dental software systems
- Knowledge of endodontics, pediatrics, medical imaging, and medical coding is a plus
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or relevant role
- Certification in X-Ray technology is required
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar software is preferred
