The Tri-Cities Center for Cosmetic Dentistry is devoted to excellence in all that we do. We aim to provide the highest standard of clinical care to our patients. We use advanced materials and dental laboratories to achieve outstanding results. Dental Assistants are a key part of delivering that outstanding care, and they have the opportunity to learn new and interesting skills in this environment. Our latest technology addition is a 3D printer that the RDA's are now using to print models and splints and even temporary dentures.
Teamwork is key to our success. We are looking for someone to join our team who is willing to do whatever it takes to deliver the exceptional care that is part of our brand. Our front desk staff have even been known to assist clinically in a pinch! Typical work days for this position are Tuesday through Thursday each week beginning at 7:30 a.m. and ending around 5:30 p.m. HOWEVER, there is the opportunity to be flexible on the ending time if the applicant has end of day family responsibilities, for example. Dr. Sanders is changing her schedule to conclude patient treatment earlier in the day which would make it possible for the assistant to leave as early as 2:00 PM each day if necessary.
A word about Pay.... Indeed requires a pay range to be listed, but the experience and qualifications of the applicant will be considered. Further, the practice offers several bonus programs that substantially increase pay when goals are achieved.
