Macadam Dental is excited to be adding an additional Dental Administration member to our wonderful team at our brand new, expanded facility!
Macadam Dental is a modern dental office that believes in open communication, a commitment to quality, and providing excellent long term dental health. We are a family practice offering preventative and cosmetic dentistry, welcoming patients of all ages. Dr.'s Kevin & Jodi Morich and Dr. Jenny Lee strive to assist each patient in achieving and maintaining a healthy, beautiful smile.
The ideal candidate would be an outgoing, friendly, team player that is motivated to join our already fabulous group; which does include therapy dogs. This position is the face of our office; you would be one of the first points of contact as patients arrive and last as they are checking out.
Duties to include: (but not limited to)Greeting patients, answering multiple phone lines, confirming appointments, scheduling, collecting patient portions, confirming/verifying dental benefits/eligibility and treatment plan presentation.
Preferred experience:
Dental Front Office, Dental Practice Software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, etc.), Customer Service
Our practice is open Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00 and Friday 7:30-4:30 (Fridays will be mandatory)

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
