• 1+ year prior experience in a dental office
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with dental insurance and scheduling (Eaglesoft)
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Manage phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
• Verify insurance benefits and process patient payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with the dental team
• Ensure a smooth and organized front office workflow
