Job Description
Our growing dental practice is looking for a positive, honest, and ethical person for the front office. We need someone energetic and passionate all with a smile. We are looking for a team-player mentality that enjoys problem-solving, is proactive, is detail oriented and is punctual. Multi-tasking is a must.
Our prospective front office team member must be someone that values dentistry. 2 YEARS OF DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. This member must be able to schedule patients appropriately and confirm appointments. A knowledge of dental insurance is essential. Verification and eligibility must be checked.There should be no difficulty in asking patients for their balance or collecting money from them. Exceptional verbal skills are expected. Our office staff is constantly in communication with patients through phone, e-mail and text. There must be proficiency in computer use and dental software.
Work Days are Monday - Friday.
Hours: Monday and Tuesday: 12-7:30, Wed: 8:30-5:30/8:30-3:30, Thursday: 9:30-5:30, Friday: 8:30-2:30

Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the dental office, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow efficiently.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage dental documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services and insurance.
Support the dental team with administrative tasks, including calling dental laboratories and handling incoming and outgoing dental lab cases
Utilize dental software systems to streamline operations and enhance patient service.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
