Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team part-time ( Mondays). In this role, you'll play a vital part in providing comprehensive oral hygiene care to our patients.Responsibilities* Performing thorough dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance.* Administering local anesthetic and nitrous oxide, as permitted by state regulations.* Taking and developing digital and traditional radiographs.* Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.* Conducting oral cancer screenings.* Maintaining accurate patient records.* Sterilizing and maintaining dental instruments and equipment.* Collaborating with our dentist and dental assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements
Valid state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) along with current CPR certification.Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist, with a thorough understanding of oral disease prevention and hygiene practices.Proficient in using Dentrix dental software and digital/ traditional radiography systems.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages, demonstrating empathy and respect.Strong attention to detail, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing circumstances.Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance with all guidelines.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
