Job Description
$1000 signing bonus! We are an established Family Orthodontic practice with offices in Novato and Santa Rosa. We have been privately owned for 49 years. We are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality orthodontic care in a fun, friendly environment. Our team is like a family and weâre looking for the right people to join our growing team.
We are looking for full-time and/or part time clinical assistants with experience (our preference is someone with Ortho experience). Our full-time assistants work in both our Novato and Santa Rosa offices. We would also consider hiring part-time assistants to fulfill our needs. Competitive pay and benefits based on experience.
Qualifications, Duties and Skill Set:
Prefer current RDA, DA or OA with at least 1 year of Orthodontic experience
Orthodontic experience and x-ray certification is preferred
Good work ethic - Reliable, dependable and punctual
Excellent communication skills with both children and adults - every day and every patient is unique
Team Player capable of multi-tasking - you must enjoy new challenges
Computer savvy - we use state of the art technology including: iTero scanners, aligners, digital imaging, CBCT, computer charting and scheduling

Responsibilities
Assist the Orthodontist during procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring patient comfort.
Utilize dental terminology and knowledge of anatomy to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
Operate 3D scanners and manage patient management systems for accurate patient documentation.
Adhere to aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
Manage patient records and demonstrating strong communication skills.
