Job Description
Seeking a dynamic, outgoing, friendly front office with dental experience & attention to detail. The candidate will be responsible for filling the schedule, as well as treatment plans, treatment plan follow up, & continuing care. Other duties are insurance verification and data entry. Knowledge in OpenDental is preferred and proficient computer and phone skills are a must.
Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday / 8-5pm
Practice will open in April of 2025.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of dental terminology
In-depth Insurance billing knowledge
General Practice office experience preferred
Experience using OpenDental or similar Patient Management System preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in computer and phone skills
Multi-tasker
Professional references
OSHA/WISHA/CPR Certifications required
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering phones
Entering patient information
Verify benefits with insurance companies
Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed
Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
