Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist/Biller, proficient in using "Eaglesoft" office management software with excellent knowledge of how to calculate and collect co-pays and do dental billing. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Greeting patients and managing the front desk with a friendly and professional demeanor
Scheduling appointments, confirming patient insurance coverage, and verifying patient information/eligibility
Entering patient and insurance information into the dental management software
Calculating and collecting co-pays
Doing dental billing and preparing claims to be sent to insurance companies
Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
Processing and managing patient payments and insurance claims
Managing patient records
Collaborating with the dental team to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth patient experience
