Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Coraopolis, PA
Three Rivers Endodontics is seeking a motivated, friendly, and professional Front Office Coordinator to interact with patients daily at our front desk at our Moon Twp location. This position is 5 days per week with competitive benefits including healthcare, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Responsibilities include:
Greet and check-in patients
Verify dental insurance, process insurance claims including claims follow-up
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Collect and post payments and record receipts
Balance nightly deposits and complete credit card processing
Other duties as assigned
Previous experience working in a dental or medical office is preferred; an understanding of accounting, processing of dental insurance claims, accounts receivables, and a willingness and eager attitude to be trained in all aspects of a dental practice is required.
Salary commensurate with experience.
