Job Description

We are looking to hire a friendly, self-motivated, professional person to join our team. We are a very busy family oriented dental practice.
Primary responsibilities will include:

greeting patients, scheduling
answering phone calls
updating and billing insurances and posting payments
Verifying Insurance
Posting payments
Giving estimates to patients for their procedure
Running day sheets, balancing the end of day

Our ideal candidate should be organized, able to multi-task, and have excellent customer service skills.
Dental knowledge is required for the purpose of explaining to our patients the value of their proposed dental treatment they may need. We are also looking for someone willing to cross train into other aspects of the office.
