Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and professional Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant at our high-end office, you will work closely with our dentists and team to ensure patients receive outstanding care and have an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about patient care.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and smooth operation
Prepare examination rooms and sterilize dental instruments
Manage patient records and update information as needed
Take X-rays and impressions
Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office to uphold our high standards
Collaborate with other team members to provide an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
Current Maryland Dental Assistant license or certification
Strong communication skills with a patient-centered approach
Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of dental software and radiography (Denticon preferred but not required)
Positive attitude and a professional demeanor
