Job Description

Golden Age Dental Care, the most experienced mobile dental service provider for Southern California's Healthcare Facilities, is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team! We specialize in providing dental care for residents of nursing facilities. Sadly most residents of these homes can no longer make it to the dentist on their own, in 1988 we were the first company to break that barrier by bringing full dental care to their bedside. We are a company that loves helping people and changing lives and we are looking for a special like minded individual to join us.
Our new Dental Assistant will work with our dental providers, performing assistant functions in order to help drive our company mission to serve our patients with care, compassion, and above all dignity. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage equipment and instruments for the day
Managing proper infection control
Prep patient and set-up for procedures
Assist provider during procedures
Clean up after procedures
Complete paper work/data entry

Requirements & Qualifications:

Interest in starting or continuing a career in the healthcare/dental field
Enjoy providing care for individuals and helping to improve lives
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Bilingual a plus but not necessary
Local to our Fullerton headquarters

Salary depends on skills and experience. We are an employee-owned and family-friendly work environment.
Shift Hours: 6:45/7:15 AM to 3:15/3:45 PM with occasional overtime!
