Job Description
Urgent Care centers are everywhereâbut have you ever seen one just for dental care? We hadnât either, so weâre building one, and weâre building a team thatâs equal parts skilled, independent, and easy to work with, and weâre looking for the right dental assistant to help us make it happen.
Our goal is to provide patients with high-quality care in a setting that feels smooth, reassuring, andâdare we sayâpleasant. We aim to be open six days a week, with a model of one dentist and one assistant per day. As we grow, weâll expand to multiple doctors and assistants to cover all six days. Right now is a unique opportunity to be part of the team from the very startâwhich means more flexibility in your schedule.
Letâs be honestâmost patients donât want to be in a dental office, especially for an emergency. Theyâre likely in pain, frustrated, or just really wishing they were somewhere else. Thatâs where you come in.
Who Weâre Looking For:
A confident, experienced dental assistant who is comfortable:â Taking ownership of patient care. From seating to dismissal, youâll assist chairside, discuss treatment plans and financials, and provide clear post-op instructions.â Working independently and proactively. We need someone who stays one step aheadâanticipating needs and keeping things running smoothly.â Creating a welcoming environment. Unexpected dental needs are stressfulâyouâll be the calming, friendly presence that helps make the experience as seamless and reassuring as possible.
