Enchanting Smiles Family Dentistry is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented, community-driven dentist to join our whimsical crew at least one day a week—with incredible potential for more as our patient base and town grow.

About You
We’re looking for a dentist who’s as unique as our practice. If you love working with patients, enjoy getting to know your community, and aren’t afraid to wear a tiara on theme days, this could be the perfect fit! Here’s what we’re looking for:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
Valid and current state license
Experienced in General Dentistry. You're confident in crowns, fillings, extractions, and dentures/partials, with at least 3-4 years of experience.
Bonus Skills. Expertise in sleep dentistry, endodontics, or implants could make you an even brighter star in our galaxy.
Emotionally Intelligent. You prioritize a compassionate approach to care and excel at building trust with patients.
Community-Oriented. You’re eager to put down roots and connect with the people of Pittsboro as it continues to flourish.
Fun-Loving and Playful. Whether it’s Tiara Tuesday or Superhero Thursday, you’re ready to bring joy to our patients and team.

Responsibilities

Serve as a clinical leader by mentoring and guiding team members to enhance skill development and overall practice excellence.
Perform a full range of general dentistry procedures, including crowns, fillings, extractions, dentures/partials, and more, ensuring top-quality patient care.
Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with patients by prioritizing their comfort, needs, and oral health goals.
Actively contribute to the growth and success of the practice, collaborating on strategies to attract and retain patients in the vibrant Pittsboro community.
Maintain a fun, inclusive, and compassionate work culture by championing themed team days and fostering a sense of camaraderie.
Stay engaged with the community by building connections and advocating for oral health awareness in the growing Chatham County area.
Uphold the practice’s commitment to providing magical patient experiences that blend exceptional care with heartfelt compassion.
