Key Responsibilities
Manage the schedule â Efficiently coordinate patient appointments to maximize productivity.
Guide patients through treatment plans â Present treatment options, cost estimates, and payment plans clearly.
Be the go-to patient contact â Answer calls, address concerns, and follow up on treatment recommendations.
Manage payments and accounts â Process payments and ensure accounts are up to date before treatment begins.
Coordinate with insurance and billing teams â Assist with insurance verification and approvals.
Support office operations â Handle administrative tasks to help the practice run smoothly.
What Weâre Looking For
Strong communication skills â Ability to build trust with patients and help them feel comfortable.
Organized and detail-oriented â Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively.
Tech-savvy â Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and office productivity tools.
Proactive problem-solver â Identifies issues and takes initiative to find solutions.
Experience in customer service or administration â Prior experience in dental or healthcare settings is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but a Plus)
Dental office scheduling or treatment coordination experience
Sales background (helps with treatment plan presentations)
Management experience
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking candidates highly encouraged to apply)
