Job Description
Our dental practice is seeking an exceptional Front Desk/ Treatment Coordinator for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Who We Are
We are a two dentist, general practice that does a little bit of everything. Our dentists perform fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canals, extractions, place and restore implants, and offer clear aligner orthodontics, in addition to preventative and periodontic care.
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidates will be organized, energetic and fast! Ideal candidates will be team players, quick learners and ready to jump in and help with whatever is needed. Candidates need to have flexible schedules and be able to work some mornings, some evenings and some Saturdays.
Responsibilities
The ability to explain and SELL dental treatment, overcome objections and get patients to commit to treatment
Providing Exceptional Customer Service and Patient Experience on the phone and in the office
Verifying and Understanding Dental Insurance Benefits
Maintaining a Busy, Profitable Schedule for All Dental Providers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
