What You’ll Do:
As our Treatment Coordinator, you will:
✔ Guide patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they feel informed and confident about their care options.✔ Coordinate appointments and manage schedules with efficiency and precision.✔ Support doctors in optimizing their schedules to enhance patient care.✔ Follow up with patients via outbound phone calls to ensure continuity of care.✔ Communicate professionally and warmly with patients and team members, fostering trust and rapport.✔ Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation aligns with office protocols.✔ Collaborate with our team to create a seamless, patient-centered experience.✔ Assist with front-desk tasks such as checking patients in and out as needed.✔ Coordinate with our verification team to ensure smooth insurance processing.
