Dental Office Manager
We are seeking a Dental Office Manager to join our wonderful team and deliver an exceptional patient experience at our practice here at Claremont Dental Group. This is a perfect position for a leader that is ready to take charge of a thriving, non-corporate practice. As a business, we empower our team members to own their level of success. Ownership in this role includes scheduling, hiring, production, and collections that support profitability. As the leader, you will create an all-inclusive collaborative culture within our practice.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday
Responsibilities:
Strive to provide a superior patient experience
Support patients within presenting treatment plans
Educates the patient regarding insurance benefits and affordable payment options including third-party patient financing
Scheduling to patient clinical needs
Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage
Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries
Collect and post payments and record receipts.
Balance nightly deposits and complete credit card processing
Follows-up with the patient between visits for non scheduled, canceled, or missed appointments
Act with urgency to resolve any patient dissatisfaction
Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks
Qualifications:
1+ years of dental office management experience
Well versed in dental terminology and procedures
Maintains a positive, collaborative, and supportive disposition with team and patients
Understands and complies with HIPAA and HITECH Act of 2009
