THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION FROM MARCH 31,2025 - AUGUST 20,2025.
We are looking for a dental assistant with an x-ray license for our private practice in Manasquan.
Must have a valid NJ x-ray license.
Office hours are Monday - Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Thursday 8:00am - 1:00pm.
No nights or weekends!
Positive, drama free work environment!
Duties:
- Organize and maintain dental lab cases and schedule necessary appointments.- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Take dental x-rays- Provide patient education on post-operative care- Maintain accurate dental documentation and patient records- Utilize Dentrix software
Skill:- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care- Proficiency in using dental instruments and equipment
