Job Description
We are looking for a dental assistant with a positive attitude, is motivated to learn, is able to multi-task and take initiative in a busy environment. Providing every patient that comes to our office with a positive and memorable dental experience! Experience is a must and knowledge in Eaglesoft is a plus!
Expectations of this position are listed below, but not limited to:
EDDA Certified
Capable of reviewing & explaining treatment plans with patients
Have great people skills with an outgoing personality
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Capable of assisting the doctor in restorative procedures and the hygienist with dental cleaning
Explain processes & procedures to patients before treatment
Educate patients in oral hygiene instruction
Document patient information, treatment plans, and procedures in patient chart
Adhere to OSHA guidelines and office policies
