Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for our patients. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the dentist during procedures, managing patient records, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Duties

Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments by providing necessary instruments and materials.
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
Take dental X-rays and perform medical imaging as required.
Document patient medical histories and maintain accurate medical documentation.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Operate dental equipment, including 3D scanners, to assist in diagnostics and treatment planning.
Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and maintain an organized front office environment.
Ensure compliance with all health regulations and safety protocols within the practice.

ExperienceThe ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

Proficiency in dental assisting with a solid understanding of dental terminology.
Knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures.
Ability to perform tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Expanded Duty Dental Assistant preferred
