Job Overview:Best Smiles Chester is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer service-focused Dental Assistant to join our dynamic, fully digital, and state-of-the-art practice. Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with safety and infection control guidelines.
Take digital x-rays and assist with the Uploading of images.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist in scheduling appointments.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our patients.
Help with advanced surgical procedures as needed, including assisting with digital dentistry techniques.
Ensure the practice is clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Work with the team to maintain smooth office operations and patient flow.
Stay up-to-date with the latest dental technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not required.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Sedation monitoring experience is a plus.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn advanced surgical procedures and digital dentistry.
Open Dental software experience is a plus!
A well-rounded understanding of most dental procedures is highly valued.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Motivated, energetic, and team-oriented.
Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the practice.
