Job Description

We need an exceptional person to join our administrative team who is experienced in helping patients, has a strong willingness to learn, and understands "five star patient care". This is a full time position that requires energy, positivity, and enthusiasm. We see patients in a private, two doctor general/cosmetic dental practice. We make time to get to know our patients as we provide exceptional treatment and overall experience for them.
This is a full time position, Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm and Fridays (Ballantyne Location) 7:30am-3:00pm
Job responsibilities include office administration, scheduling appointments both in person and by phone, billing patients, and working with dental insurance.
