Job Requirements:
-Positive, friendly personality
-Experience with Dentrix preferred, minimum 2 years of dental office experience
-Dental receptionist/front desk experience
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain personal connections with patients and their families
Coordinate patient appointments and manage schedules efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service and patient care
Insurance claim filing and follow-up
Checking patients in and out in and out in a friendly manner
