Are you a skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant looking to grow in a specialized Endodontic environment? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant (preferably cross-trained in front desk duties) to join our dynamic and patient-focused team!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Endodontist during root canal treatments, retreatments, and microsurgical proceduresâ
Maintain aseptic techniques and strict infection control protocolsâ
Take and process digital and panoramic X-rays (CBCT knowledge is a plus)â
Set up and maintain microscopes and other endodontic instrumentsâ
Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and operatory disinfectionâ
Provide excellent patient care and comfort, explaining procedures and addressing concernsâ
If cross-trained: Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling, patient check-in, and insurance verification
Requirements:
â At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant (Endodontic experience preferred)â Experience in running and maintaining Gentle Wave (preferred, not required)â Proficiency in taking digital X-rays and understanding CBCT imaging (preferred)â Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)â Strong organizational skills to maintain a smooth workflow in a fast-paced settingâ Ability to work efficiently under a microscope and handle delicate proceduresâ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to make patients feel at easeâ Energetic, reliable, and a team player with a professional demeanorâ Bilingual skills are a plus (but not required)
