Are you a skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant looking to grow in a specialized Endodontic environment? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant (preferably cross-trained in front desk duties) to join our dynamic and patient-focused team!

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist the Endodontist during root canal treatments, retreatments, and microsurgical procedures✅ Maintain aseptic techniques and strict infection control protocols✅ Take and process digital and panoramic X-rays (CBCT knowledge is a plus)✅ Set up and maintain microscopes and other endodontic instruments✅ Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and operatory disinfection✅ Provide excellent patient care and comfort, explaining procedures and addressing concerns✅ If cross-trained: Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling, patient check-in, and insurance verification
Requirements:
✔ At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant (Endodontic experience preferred)✔ Experience in running and maintaining Gentle Wave (preferred, not required)✔ Proficiency in taking digital X-rays and understanding CBCT imaging (preferred)✔ Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)✔ Strong organizational skills to maintain a smooth workflow in a fast-paced setting✔ Ability to work efficiently under a microscope and handle delicate procedures✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to make patients feel at ease✔ Energetic, reliable, and a team player with a professional demeanor✔ Bilingual skills are a plus (but not required)
