Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental assisting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to provide top-tier patient care. As a Lead Dental Assistant, you will support the dentist in all aspects of patient treatment while maintaining a smooth workflow in the office.
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency
Take and process Itero digital impressions
Perform Pan/CT scans
Fabricate nightguards and pour models for dental impressions
Assist with Zoom whitening procedures
Work with Invisalign cases, including scanning and assisting in treatment planning
Manage patient records and treatment plans using Eaglesoft software
Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience
5+ years of dental assisting experience
Proficiency in Itero, Pan/CT scan, Zoom whitening, Invisalign, and Eaglesoft
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 â 40 per week
