Join our welcoming dental team as a Bilingual Dental Receptionist! We're looking for a friendly and organized individual to be the first point of contact for our patients. If you have excellent organizational skills and a passion for patient care, this role is perfect for you.
FLUENCY IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH REQUIRED
Responsibilities
Patient Interaction: Greet and register patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
Appointment Management: Maintain the dental appointment system to ensure efficient scheduling.
Record Keeping: Manage patient charts and financial records, determining charges according to standardized fee schedules.
Financial Transactions: Collect payments, bill patients, file third-party payors, and make daily deposits.
Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including answering the telephone and handling correspondence.
Chairside Assistance: Opportunity to train and assist chairside when needed.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited business, office management, or secretarial program (preferred).
Minimum of two years' experience in a dental office (preferred).
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with dental office software and systems.
Willingness to learn and assist with chairside duties.
