Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and patient- focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team, providing high-quality preventative dental care to patients while maintaining a smooth and efficient schedule.
-24-30 Hours per Week
-No weekends
-1 Late night Per week
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care
-Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments including periodontal charting, taking dental radiographs as needed, and identifying potential oral health concerns
-Perform thorough dental cleanings including scaling, polishing, and removal of plaque and calculus.
-Apply topical fluoride and other preventative treatments as necessary.
-Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and provide personalized instructions for at-home care.
- Effectively communicate patient findings and treatment recommendations to the dentist.
Qualifications
-Current and valid Dental Hygiene License in the state of CT
-Proven Experience in providing quality dental hygiene care
-Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while collaborating with the dental team.
-Experience with Dentrix
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $47.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 35 per week
