Job Description
Well-established dental practice with a state-of-the-art new office in Springfield is looking for registered dental hygiene for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated, goal-orientated individual who wants to provide the most efficient dental care.
Job responsibilities for this position will include:
Perform routine procedures such as x-rays, prophylaxis, scaling, root planning, application of sealants and fluoride, etc.
Develop and implement individualized dental care for patients through education and careful planning under the supervision of a dentist.
Build patient rapport with children and adults.
Other miscellaneous duties assigned by the doctor.

Qualifications
Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
Proficiency in chairside assisting and patient care
Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical records
Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix
Knowledge of aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations
Ability to perform patient assessments and vital signs monitoring
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry and four-handed dentistry techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45.00 per hour
