Overview
Cuddle Kids Dental Care is an established pediatric dental practice in Fort Worth seeking an experienced billing coordinator to join our great practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing claim management with a strong knowledge of Medicaid, facilitating communication between parents and the doctor, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the practice. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of pediatric procedures and insurance benefits. EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
Duties

Submit insurance claims, follow up and reply to EOB requests for more information
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate patient records using practice management software such as Open Dental and Flex.
Coordination with fellow front desk and clinical team

Skills

2-3 years experience in a pediatric dental practice accepting Medicaid. This role will not offer on the job training.
Proficiency in Open Dental and Flex
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
