Key Responsibilities:
â Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
â Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve personal and practice-wide goals.
â Manage scheduling, patient flow, and administrative systems.
â Work closely with doctors to implement practice strategies and growth initiatives.
â Monitor financial performance, including budgets, billing, and collections.
â Resolve patient concerns and ensure outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
â 3+ years of experience in dental office management or a similar leadership role.
â Proficiency in dental software systems such as Open Dental a plus but not required.
â Strong understanding of practice operations, HR/Payroll management, and financial oversight.
â Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
