Our goal is to ensure that every patient feels welcomed, valued, and informed about their treatment options, We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the growth of our practice while helping patients achieve their goals in recreating their smile with dentures and implants.Position Overview: As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the patient experience, from providing information about treatment plans to helping patients navigate financial options. You will be the key point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment journey and ensuring a smooth, supportive process from start to finish. Greet and engage with patients in a warm and professional manner.
Coordinate treatment plans, ensuring patients understand their options, timelines, and financial requirements.
Assist patients in understanding and selecting financing options for larger-ticket dental procedures.
Present treatment options with empathy and clarity, helping patients feel comfortable with their decisions.
Utilize technology and practice management software to schedule appointments, track treatment progress, and manage patient records.
Provide follow-up communication to patients that have not booked their treatment.
Maintain a professional, positive, and organized environment within the practice.
Meet sales and treatment coordination targets, with an emphasis on patient satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience required (preferably with larger-ticket items, such as medical, dental, or high-end consumer products).
Familiarity with financing terms and patient payment options is a plus.
Strong phone skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and improve within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent empathy, customer service skills, and the ability to build rapport with patients.
Proficiency with technology and a strong comfort level using practice management software and other digital tools.
A polished and professional appearance.
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while being self-motivated.
Compensation:
Hourly wage based on experience
