We are a modern and patient-focused dental practice located in Norwood, MA, seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during dental procedures and surgeries.
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and set up trays.
Take and develop dental X-rays.
Maintain accurate patient records and charts.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Provide exceptional patient care and ensure patient comfort throughout visits.
Manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed.
Follow infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications:
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred.
Radiology certification required.
CPR/BLS certification preferred.
Previous experience as a dental assistant is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
