Job descriptionWe are seeking a positive and self-motivated Dental Assistant to join our private practice in Downtown, Los Angeles. Must be great with patients, able to multi-task, organized and reliable. The Dental Assistant is also responsible for sterilization, preparation and inventory control of dental instruments and supplies.
New graduates welcomed!
Qualifications And Skills

Must have X-ray certification to be considered
Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment.
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and tray setups for dental procedures.
Greet and prepare patients for treatment.
Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures.
Conduct work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety, and OSHA guidelines.
Provide postoperative instructions as prescribed and directed by (employer).
Record treatment information in patient records.
Maintain a clean and tidy back office.
Other duties and tasks as directed.

We are currently hiring for a part-time employee with the potential of being hired full time.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends

License/Certification:

X-Ray Certification (Required)
