Key Responsibilities:

•Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

•Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.

•Take and develop dental X-rays.

•Provide exceptional patient care and chairside assistance.

•Maintain accurate patient records and charting.

•Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.

Qualifications:

•Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.

•X-ray certification (required).

•CPR certification (preferred but not mandatory).

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to adapt to a busy practice.
