What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, team player who thrives in a boutique setting and shares our commitment to excellence. Our ideal candidate is:

• Experienced: At least 1-2 years as a dental assistant (preferred).
• Certified: Possesses a valid Dental Assistant Certification (RDA preferred but not required).
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with Dentrix Ascend software (preferred). iTero experience ++
• Professional: Strong communication skills, polished demeanor, and a patient-centered approach.
• Skilled: Proficient in assisting with cosmetic procedures like veneers and general dental treatments.
• Organized: Excellent note-taking skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate patient records.
• Personable: Friendly, dependable, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following safety protocols.
• Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records using Dentic Ascend (if applicable).
• Provide thorough post-treatment care instructions and dental hygiene education.
• Help maintain our boutique’s welcoming, organized environment.
