Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant or RDA to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional services. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and patient comfort.
Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment for examinations and treatments.
Take dental imaging, including X-Rays, while adhering to safety protocols.
Implement four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and treatment areas.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is a plus however we can train the right candidate/new graduate.
Certification or diploma in Dental Assisting is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with dental imaging techniques, including X-Ray and 3D scanning.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Strong communication skills to interact with patients of all ages, particularly in pediatrics.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
