Associate Dentist Role
As an Associate Dentist, you will be at the forefront of transforming smiles and changing lives. Your expertise and dedication will contribute significantly to the overall success of our practice. We are in search of someone with at least 3 years of career experience.

Associate Dentist Requirements

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
Active and valid license to practice dentistry in the state of Massachusetts.
Compliance with all licensing requirements and continuing education obligations.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and a diverse team of dental professionals.
Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Understanding and compliance with dental insurance regulations and other relevant healthcare regulations.
Adherence to high ethical and professional standards in patient care and business practices.

Associate Dentist Role

Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop personalized treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments.
Cultivate strong connections with patients, fostering an environment of trust and comfort.
Educate patients on oral health practices and collaborate on long-term dental care strategies.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry through continuous education and professional development.
Collaborating with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care
