Duties:
- Take x-rays and other diagnostic assessments. Provide chairside assistance (i.e., four-handed dentistry) to supported dentists during a wide variety of procedures. Answer phone calls, take messages, and address patients questions.- Schedule patient exams and treatment.- Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification required.- Aid in all responsibilities to best of abilities in-office. (i.e. perform insurance verification and enter all relative patient information into office practice management software)
Preferred Experiences (not-required):
- New Grads/Externs welcome and encouraged to apply.- Dental receptionist/insurance knowledgeable.- Proficiency in using dental management software is desirable (Open dental/Dentrix)- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
